  • KustaSpec - NIR Spectroscopy software
  • ESAWIN - Software for Atomic emission spectroscopy and Plasma analysis

KustaSpec
KustaSpec features an offline-software tool in addition to the measuring online programs KUSTAWin and KUSTA-MPL.

KustaSpec features:
  • Visualisation of NIR-spectra
  • Data conversion
  • Model assignment for online-identification modules

Available identification modules for qualitative and/or quantitative analysis:

  • Fuzzy-Module
  • Euklid-Module
  • PCR-Module
  • PLS-Module
  • Neuronal Network
  • Special-Module
  • Multistage Module for a combination of qualitative modules

The identification modules are implemented in dll-files and have a standard interface to the online measuring programs and to KustaSpec.

KustaSpec features tools for:
  • Creation of learn sets and test sets from NIR spectra
  • Configuration of the free parameters of the identifiaction modules
  • Statistic analysis of the quality of the modules using the NIR file sets
  • Auto-Optimising of the free parameters of the identifiaction modules

ESAWIN
ESAWIN features an online control and measuring software for ESA 4000 and LIPAN series of LLA. The atomic emssion spectra are measured, created during LIBS application or as a result of other excitation sources.
ESAWIN features the entire range of spectra visualisation and analysis methods.
ESAWIN can be used offline without measuring functions.

ESAWIN features:
  • Control of the spectrometer hardware (online only)
  • Display of spectra
  • Intensity vs. Wavelength
  • Camera picture
  • ROI-display (Region of Interest)
  • Data conversion
  • Automatic qualitative spectra analysis (all elements)
  • Creation of quantitative calibrations
  • Quantitative analysis (according to calibration)
  • Statistics and protocol functions for quantitative analysis

These functions are applicable online to measured spectra and offline to stored spectra.
A comprehensive atomic linedatabase is integrated in the software for an easy identification of lines.
An optional temperature module permits the determination of the plasma temperature.
